FIREMANIRONMAN TRI CAMP Working on the details for the Nordic Camp...Dates Feb 26-28.. Get out of the gym and experience the great outdoors with instruction and guides you will cross country ski, snowshoe in the backwoods of Lake Placid, skate on the Olympic Oval...Mark your calendar and be part of this inaugural camp. We will running this ...camp in conjunction with High Peaks cyclery the nordic experts at Lake Placid. Registration will be available on Feb 8, 2010

FIREMANIRONMAN TRI CAMP ok...finally...Nordic Camp Feb 26-28.. Here is what we got..Friday evening at High Peaks cyclery we will be fitted for our gear and grab some pizza. The price will include the following 2 days of rental both Snow Shoe's and crosscountry skis instruction and guides. Saturday we will cross country ski in beautiful Moun...t Van Hovenberg Park with park entry and lunch included. Evening we will stretch and relax with an early evening yoga class , Sunday snow shoe in the High Peaks back country of Lake Placid lunch included.
