FIREMANIRONMAN TRI CAMP Thanks to Coach Troy Jacobsen we just recieved copies of The volume 2 Lake Placid DVD. A 56 mile virtual Training ride of the Triathlon course in Lake Placid. Every Camper will recieve one at Registration and both the May and June Camp. Thank You Coach Troy
